Program Notes & Requirements

Customer installs energy efficient product and obtains proper forms from contractor, online, and/or at the utility office, 1600 “O” Street. The 2018 Rebate Request Form and invoice to show proof of purchase must accompany any rebate for it to be processed. Each incentive program except for the Energy Efficient Electric Water Heater program has its own application form that must be filled out and signed by both the customer and the contractor.
